Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from HoltAtelier.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition

  • the item must be returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at info@holtatelier.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note that returned items must be shipped to our warehouse at the following address: Noliktavu iela 5, Dreiliņi, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2130, Latvia. Returns must not be sent without prior contact and confirmation of the return from our team.

Returns Process

  1.  Email us at info@holtatelier.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  2. We'll send you a return template document to be filled and sent back to us.

  3. Drop the package with your designated carrier to our warehouse: Noliktavu iela 5, Dreiliņi, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2130, Latvia.

  4. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • custom or made-to-order products

  • gift cards

  • downloadable or digital products

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@holtatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Clear photos showing the issue

  2. Your order number

  3. A short description of the issue

We'll offer you spare parts, a replacement or a refund—including any shipping costs—as quickly as possible.
